Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping online at Baituti Home via our website (www.baitutihome.com). We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and refund process.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 You may be eligible for a refund if you notify us within 14 days of the receipt of your order that a product is incorrect, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery. However, you will not be eligible for a refund if:

2.1.1 you make further use of the product after giving us notice;

2.1.2 the product that has been altered, assembled, installed, or repaired by you;

2.1.3 the product has a protective or hygiene seal (e.g., duvets, bed sheets, mattresses, pillows, cushions, comforters, and rugs) that has been broken unless it is defective;

2.1.4 the defect arises as a result of us following any drawing, design, or specification supplied by you;

2.1.5 the defect arises as a result of your wilful damage, negligence, or abnormal storage or working conditions;

2.1.6 the product was marked as ‘final sale’, ‘clearance’, or (c) sold ‘as is’ on our website;

2.1.7 you are unable to provide a receipt/proof of purchase.

2.2 In the event of a return, any item that has been provided as a complimentary inclusion with the purchased product must also be returned by you.

2.3 If you choose to return a product that was originally purchased using a gift card, coupon, or promotional offer, it is understood that the benefits associated with the use of the gift card, coupon, or offer will cease to be applicable. For example, if the returned item was part of a ‘buy 2 get 1 free’ offer, all products acquired under the specific order must be returned as they were originally purchased as a cohesive group. Consequently, the refund provided will not encompass the benefits associated with the gift card, coupon, or offer used in the initial purchase.

3. Manufacturer's defect

3.1 In the event of a manufacturer's defect, we will (at our option) repair, replace, or refund any product that is defective, provided that:

3.1.1 you notify us by email to welcome@baitutihome.com within 14 days of the receipt of your order;

3.1.2 you provide us with sufficient information and, if requested, photographic evidence

as to the nature and extent of the defect(s);

3.1.3 you give us a reasonable opportunity to examine the defective product(s); and

3.1.4 you return the defective product to us.

4. Initiating a return

4.1 To request a refund, please email us at welcome@baitutihome.com or call us on +971 56 439 9559. To help us process your request more quickly, please have your order number ready or include it in the email you send to us.

4.2 Following receipt of your request for a refund, and provided that you are eligible for a refund, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) along with instructions on how to return the product to us.

4.3 Unless the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, you are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. You must return the product to us within 7 days of confirmation of the RAN. The deadline is met if you send the product back to us before the 7-day period has expired. We strongly recommend that you use a reliable shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure safe return delivery of the product. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back from you or until you have provided us with evidence that you have sent the product back (whichever is earlier).

4.4 The product must be returned to us carefully packed in a new and unused condition and, to the extent possible, in its original packaging. We may make a deduction from any refund amount if you have handled the product in a way that has diminished the value of the product if such handling was beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. You are responsible for the product while it is in your possession.

4.5 If any other product was given free of charge at the time of purchase of the original product, this product must also be returned at the same time as the original product.

4.6 If you return any product that was purchased using a gift card, voucher, or similar, then all other products purchased under the same order as the original product must also be returned

5. Refund

5.1 Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect and assess it based on our quality control procedures. If your return is approved, you will receive an email notification to confirm that your refund is being processed.

5.2 Approved refunds will be issued in the form on credit note valid for 1 year.

6. Exchanges and credit notes

6.1 If you are eligible for a refund, you may elect to request to:

6.1.1 exchange the defective product for an alternative identical product subject always to availability (we cannot guarantee that any product will be available at any given time); or

6.1.2 request a credit note equivalent to the original purchase price of the defective product to be used at Baituti Home.
