BRAND AMBASSADOR AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into between Baituti Home Furniture LLC, a company registered in the Emirate of Dubai (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”), with its registered address.

1. PURPOSE

The Brand Ambassador agrees to promote and introduce potential business opportunities to Baituti Home Furniture LLC.

In return, the Client agrees to compensate the Brand Ambassador for successfully closed projects or sales, as outlined in this Agreement.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

The Brand Ambassador agrees to connect the Client with prospective customers and initiate projects within the following sector:

Premium international furniture and lighting brands represented by Baituti Home.

3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

15% commission on the pre-VAT gross value of successfully closed business.
Commission is payable only after full payment is received from the customer.
This is a commission-only engagement.

4. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

The Brand Ambassador acts as an independent contractor and is not an employee or agent of the Client.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

All business, client, or operational information shared during this engagement must remain strictly confidential during and after the term of this Agreement.

6. NON-SOLICITATION

The Brand Ambassador shall not:

Solicit the Client’s customers or suppliers for competing purposes.
Influence or interfere with the Client’s internal or external relationships.

7. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice.

The commission is not payable for any project terminated or unpaid at the time of contract termination.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, under the jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

9. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By signing below, the Brand Ambassador confirms agreement to the above terms.
